  • Returns and refunds apply only to products purchased directly from www.deedimart.com.

  • All return requests must comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the conditions are not met.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if all the following conditions are met:

  • Unused & Undamaged: The item must be in new condition with no signs of wear or use.

  • Original Packaging: Includes all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement:

    • A clear, unedited unboxing video recorded under a continuous frame is mandatory.

    • The video must show the parcel sealed and unopened, the entire unboxing process, and the issue clearly visible (damage, defect, or wrong item).

    • Any edits, cuts, or interruptions in the video may result in rejection of the return request.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.

  • Electronic products.

  • Perishable goods, such as food and beverages.

  • Personal care, hygiene products, cosmetics, and innerwear.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Gift cards and promotional/free items.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Ship to the return address provided using a reliable courier. For eligible cases, a free pickup may be arranged.


5. Refund Policy

  • Inspection & Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping Costs

  • Deedimart Error (damaged/defective/wrong item): We bear the return shipping cost.

  • Customer-Initiated Return (e.g., changed mind): Return shipping charges apply and are deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Denial

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Items are not returned in the required condition.

  • The return request falls outside the 7-day eligibility window.

  • No valid unedited unboxing video is provided for defective/damaged items.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges if:

  • The item meets return conditions.

  • The replacement item is in stock.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video and photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will process a replacement, refund, or exchange at no extra cost.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Treated as a return; return policy will apply.

9. Additional Terms

Store Credit

  • You may choose store credit instead of a refund for quicker reuse on future purchases.

Timeframe

Rejected Returns
